Terms of Service — Robo Drift

1. Agreement and availability

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Robo Drift (the "Game"), developed and operated by FFYonlinegame ("I", "me" or "the Developer"). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

The Game may be available through a website, Discord Activity or third-party distribution platform. The host platform's applicable terms and rules also apply. These Terms do not replace Discord's or another platform's terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law and the platform where you play, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of legal majority in your region, use the Game with appropriate parent or guardian permission where required.

3. The Game and optional advertising rewards

The Game is currently free to play. It is a casual skill-based jumping game with optional robot color customization, scoring, score sharing and a one-time-per-run revive concept. No payment or purchase is required for basic gameplay.

At the current development stage, advertising screens are simulated tests and do not represent paid advertisements. If real rewarded ads become available, they will be voluntary. Rewards are granted only when the applicable advertisement or platform confirms successful completion; availability is not guaranteed. A rewarded color change or revive has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and may depend on technical availability. Score sharing remains free.

4. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You may use the Game for personal, lawful entertainment. You agree not to: attempt to disrupt its operation or security; exploit bugs to interfere with other players or the platform; impersonate the Developer; reverse-engineer or redistribute protected content beyond what applicable law permits; or use the Game to harass, threaten or violate the rights of others.

If you participate in a future official support server, you must also follow the server rules and Discord's Community Guidelines.

5. Scores, saves and availability

Scores, robot palettes and unlock status may be stored only in your current browser. They can be lost after browser resets, clearing site data, device changes or technical failures. I do not guarantee permanent preservation, cross-device synchronization or the accuracy of local scores. Features may be modified, temporarily suspended or discontinued for maintenance, compatibility, security or other legitimate reasons.

6. Intellectual property

The Game's original code, artwork, designs, audio and other content are owned by the Developer or used under applicable licenses, subject to the rights of their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to play the Game as made available; no ownership rights are transferred.

You may share ordinary gameplay screenshots, score cards or gameplay recordings for non-commercial community discussion, provided you do not misrepresent them as official endorsements. Commercial redistribution or sale of the Game's assets requires permission unless authorized by applicable law or the relevant license.

7. Third-party platforms and links

Discord, CrazyGames, Cloudflare and other services are operated by their respective providers. Availability, accounts, advertising, moderation, payment features (if ever introduced) and technical data processing may be subject to their separate rules and privacy policies. I am not responsible for services outside my reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free gameplay. To the extent allowed by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes, suspension and contact

I may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Game, platform requirements or applicable law. The updated version and revision date will be posted here. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law; if you disagree, stop using the Game.
